Wedding Cakes
All our cakes are made with sweet cream butter, Feather Ridge Farm Eggs, Nielsen Massey pure vanilla extract, King Arthur unbleached flour from hard spring wheat and Rumford Non-Aluminum Baking Powder. We use Ronny Brook Farm’s old-fashioned cream on the top milk & thick yellow cream.

Lemon Cake, layered with raspberry preserves, lemon butter cream and covered in flaked coconut.
Honey Bee Cake
Orange Chiffon Cake Layers, Apricot Preserves, Pure Honey Butter cream.
